Inclusive Language ebook

In our EDI workshops, one question we often hear is: What language is okay to use? It’s a tricky one because language and identity are always evolving. Staying informed, adapting, and being mindful are key – but we know a little guidance can make a big difference.

To help, we’ve created a practical inclusive language guide for individuals and organisations. It’s a great starting point for fostering more inclusive communication, which, as research shows, leads to better outcomes in the workplace.
