At Cerulean, we talk about our shared values all the time, and they underpin everything we do – the bedrock of our organisational culture. They provide us with a common purpose and are key to our success in how they impact our communications, behaviour and working relationships – with each other and with our clients.

During the pandemic, there was the inevitable transition to online training delivery and all that went with it. As we emerged from our virtual existence, we felt it was timely to reassess our values to check that they remained relevant and true to our mission. We spent quite a while thinking about it and we are a bit disconcerted to announce – we have made absolutely no changes! This is not sloth or arrogance – in the end, we just felt that our values are more important than ever, they have stood the test of time, and are as relevant today as they were when we first created them. 

We have distilled our values into just six categories: generosity, simplicity, honesty, integrity, professionalism, flexibility and laughter and we are relaunching them with pride.
