It’s been a while since we’ve shared an article and in that time, so much has happened. The coronavirus pandemic has had a huge impact on training in organisations and the way we are working. The call for racial justice has intensified significantly. Additionally, the pressing need for improved knowledge and reduced stigma concerning mental health has become increasingly evident. These issues are interlinked in many ways, some obvious and some more complicated, and are continuing to affect us all.

During this time of uncertainty we’ve been busy adjusting to the new ways of working, by keeping our team and clients safe, and migrating our usual suite of classroom-based learning into online modules so that we can continue to deliver our carefully tailored training without too much interruption. We have also revisited our values to ensure they are still aligned both to our vision and our clients’ needs. Having these values of generosity, simplicity, honesty, integrity, professionalism, flexibility and laughter has served us well as we have had to work out how to stay safe and keep learning.

We know that due to the outbreak of COVID-19 – and everything that has happened as a result, particularly the impact of lockdown – many organisations will have been forced to put classroom-based training on hold for the foreseeable future. In response, we have expanded our range of online Learning Lunches and held the 2019 price, so that as many people as possible can benefit from these bite-sized learning sessions. Our sessions have been carefully designed to bring learning to the maximum amount of people at the lowest possible cost and our clients have enjoyed having the space to think and learn in the midst of so much uncertainty.

We have lots of Learning Lunches to share with you, including sessions on Building Trust, Dealing with Difficult People, Developing Leadership Skills and Communicating with Different Personalities – useful and important skills in the current challenging work environment. Training materials, worksheets and reading lists are all included. And the good news? There’s no need to hold your session at lunchtime! Any time will do – just tell us what works and we will make it happen.

Find out about our new learning lunches as well as our classic favourites here.

We are also still delivering our range of workshops covering Mental Health, Diversity & Inclusion and our Leadership Programmes.

We hope you are managing in these challenging times, and as always, we are here to help with all your learning related queries – please contact us here and we will do our best to help.
