Confidence at Work: Helping People Show Up and Speak Up

Confidence plays a huge role in how people show up at work – yet it’s often overlooked in wellbeing strategies. When confidence drops, performance, communication, and engagement can follow. And for many, the post-pandemic world of hybrid work, career transitions, or organisational change has knocked their confidence in subtle but significant ways.

World Wellbeing Week is a chance to reframe what confidence means at work. It’s not about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about helping people feel grounded, credible, and able to contribute authentically.

Our 90-minute bite-size session, Confidence at Work, offers a practical, reflective space for people to explore where confidence comes from and how to rebuild it. It covers communication habits, imposter feelings, and internal narratives – all in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

This session is especially useful for teams returning after parental leave or illness, those who’ve been promoted or restructured, or anyone quietly unsure of their value.

Boosting confidence isn’t just a nice-to-have – it’s vital to inclusion, innovation, and resilience. Confident people are more likely to share ideas, challenge constructively, and engage fully.

During World Wellbeing Week, what better message to send than: “You belong here, and you’re enough”.
