Thriving under Pressure: Supporting your Team to Succeed without Burning out

Pressure is part of modern work life. Deadlines, change, and high expectations often create a culture where being ‘under pressure’ is normal. But thriving under pressure – not just surviving it – requires conscious support.

World Wellbeing Week (24–30 June) is a timely reminder to check in with how we help our teams manage stress. It’s not just about wellness days or yoga apps. It’s about giving people practical tools to navigate demands and still perform at their best.

Our bite-size session, Thriving under Pressure, focuses on three key things: recognising early signs of burnout, developing everyday stress management habits, and building personal boundaries. The session is interactive, evidence-based, and designed to work in a busy schedule – just 90 minutes that can shift perspectives and habits.

The reality is people are stretched. Leaders know their teams are tired. And while a full overhaul of workload isn’t always possible, creating a space to pause, reflect, and reset is powerful. It tells your team you see what they’re dealing with, and you’re doing something about it.

Thriving isn’t about having an easy ride – it’s about being equipped. This session helps your people stay focused, grounded, and able to show up fully – even when things get tough.

If you’re thinking about how to support your team’s wellbeing during World Wellbeing Week, this is a practical place to start.
