The Equality Act 2010 outlaws discrimination on the ground of religion or belief. Whilst this may sound theoretically straightforward, it can sometimes be more complicated in practice. When it comes to the workplace, or access to goods and services, there has been some confusion about the extent to which people can go in pursuing their rights to follow their beliefs.
This workshop revisits the legislation and guidance and provides time for participants to explore and discuss the complexities and nuances of real-life case studies and realistic practice examples.
