Last week we blogged about the delicate relationship between EQ (emotional intelligence) and IQ (intelligence quotient) which sometimes gets lost in the general noise generated in the world of business psychology. Whilst it’s true that IQ is your ‘entry ticket’ into the world of work and that EQ is about how you work once you’ve got in, you still need to continue to develop your IQ – it’s vital to innovation and other forms of competitive advantage. If you missed our blog, you can read it here and if you want to learn (or teach others) about the advantages of understanding about IQ and EQ, check out our learning lunch here

We wish you an intelligent week!
