Think of a current or recent difficult situation then answer the following questions – be as honest as you can – it’s for your eyes only!

2 How did you contribute to the difficulty?

3 How do you feel when conflict arises?

4 What could you tell yourself to make things better?

5 Who does your difficult person remind you of?

6 What “unfinished business” do you have with that person?

7 What do you wish you could say to them now that would help you feel better? Can you say it?

8 What have you learned from this exercise?
