Open Courses

Open Courses

We deliver a scheduled programme of courses, as well as our in-house provision.

Our dynamic and engaging workshops and sessions provide you with maximum impact for your investment in your learning.  Each learning session is delivered by one of our experienced and knowledgeable facilitators; working with real-life business issues, we engage and inspire you through our practical and experiential learning.  We make sure you go back to the office with insights that you can apply immediately.

Our open courses allow you to learn outside of your organisation, giving you the space and time to think, learn and add to your skill set. We have a range of opportunities which are available for times when the learning you need is not being offered in-house by your organisation.  The topics covered include people management topics like performance management and dealing with complex people issues; specialist equality and diversity workshops, such as working with people with protected characteristics; personal effectiveness, such as time management; and well-being courses, like dealing with stress and creating a positive work-life balance.
